Grocery Chains Sue Generic Drugmakers, Alleging Price-Fixing Conspiracy

Three supermarket chains sued more than 20 generic drug manufacturers, including Actavis, Apotex, Mylan, Teva and Sandoz, alleging they engaged in a conspiracy to set prices.
